The Furlife requires a standard collar. One that comes apart at the buckle. But there are so many other types of collars, like the martingale dog collar. It has no open end to slide through the two 'loops' on either side of the Furlife. Disappointed by that. I didn't notice it in the picture. Probably my fault. But none the less a waste of $40 on my part.
So far I have had this collar thing for about a month and I can say it truly does keep the mosquitos away. I don't know about ticks because I don't think I have them in my area. Also I don't know about fleas either. He hasn't gotten any and we have a bunch of outdoor cats so they are probably around. The collar thing does not bother him at all.
It worked about four days and then both my dogs started scratching and biting again. I had to put the monthly flea treatment on them along with the fur life collar. It does not even have a smell of the oils that was with on them. The first three days it was really strong but then it left and so did the "no fleas, no ticks m, and no Mosquitoes". I ended up buying two sets for my dogs but I would really like a refund, because the piece that you slide on the collar does not work like you said they would.

I love the flee guard for Merlin. He has no fleas or anything else. He has adjusted to the product attachment. No complaints!
Figure away on keep the insert inside the body cause they come out and found dog chewing on one and punctured the capsule and leaked into mouth and on carpets, I ended up turning the other 4 dogs that I purchased for around on there collars to see if that would keep the capsules in and so far it has worked but will be sending in for another replacement needed again will be 5 out of the 5 I purchased and they not inexpensive for what I have received!!

You could improve by giving me my money back which is what I asked for a couple of weeks ago. It did not work, when the collar fell off my cat and I picked it up to put it back on him, there was a flea right on the pendant so no it does not work.

My dog has had sensitive skin issues and experienced some seizure like activity after taking oral meds. Her mouth and gum area were inflamed most of the time. I’ve never had any issues with tics or fleas. One of my neighbors says her dog is always getting tics where we live. So I’d rather be safe than sorry.

I love the Fur life natural repellent for my young fur baby. I have had dogs for many, many years and have always been concerned if they would have negative affects on them. I can now relax and know that my pup is being well cared for, naturally.
My dogs collar does not have a buckle with holes in the webbing on the other end so I can't thread her collar through the slots on the product. I ended up having to zip tie it to her collar. I hope it works that way.

Ended up having to take this off my dogs as it was doing nothing but causing major skin issues for them. My German shepherd is having an extremely bad reaction to this. Calling my vet first thing in the morning. I have taking them off and put them in the trash. I will never perches this product again.
While I have been satisfied with your product or keep fleas off my dog, I am not happy I was turned down for a refund of my most recent order after my dog passed on August 13. Your policy of starting 30 day return from date of order instead of date of delivery is not consumer friendly. What if delivery has been delayed? A little hard to know if you need to return a product that customer hasn’t receive yet. Also in my case, a little compassion goes a long way. My dog’s passing has been traumatic enough (due to aggressive fast growing tumor). Please reconsider your return policy.
