You could improve by giving me my money back which is what I asked for a couple of weeks ago. It did not work, when the collar fell off my cat and I picked it up to put it back on him, there was a flea right on the pendant so no it does not work.

My dog has had sensitive skin issues and experienced some seizure like activity after taking oral meds. Her mouth and gum area were inflamed most of the time. Since changing to the Furlife pendant she does not scratch as much as before, seems more settled and the mouth inflammation is much improved from biting at her skin. No seizure activity observed.

I’ve never had any issues with tics or fleas. One of my neighbors says her dog is always getting tics where we live. So I’d rather be safe than sorry.
We live out in the country, and our small, inside dog is tick/flea free, since we put the fur life on him! While our bigger dog, who stays outside, took his collar off and lost it and is now covered in bugs!!

I love the Fur life natural repellent for my young fur baby. I have had dogs for many, many years and have always been concerned if they would have negative affects on them. I can now relax and know that my pup is being well cared for, naturally.
My dogs collar does not have a buckle with holes in the webbing on the other end so I can't thread her collar through the slots on the product. I ended up having to zip tie it to her collar. I hope it works that way.

Ended up having to take this off my dogs as it was doing nothing but causing major skin issues for them. My German shepherd is having an extremely bad reaction to this. Calling my vet first thing in the morning. I have taking them off and put them in the trash. I will never perches this product again.
While I have been satisfied with your product or keep fleas off my dog, I am not happy I was turned down for a refund of my most recent order after my dog passed on August 13. Your policy of starting 30 day return from date of order instead of date of delivery is not consumer friendly. What if delivery has been delayed? A little hard to know if you need to return a product that customer hasn’t receive yet. Also in my case, a little compassion goes a long way. My dog’s passing has been traumatic enough (due to aggressive fast growing tumor). Please reconsider your return policy.

My boy has worn it since we got it at the beginning of the summer ☀️. While on vacation we gave it to someone for their dog who wasn't in the position to obtain one online for themselves. Our cat was scratching when she came in from being outside, so I decided she needed one after it seemed to work on our dog. She’s never had a collar, so it was a struggle to get her to wear one, she finally got used to it though and works!!!

In my first order the pendant was dry. Your team was great and sent replacements however, to be honest I do not see a difference. There is a faint smell of oils. I can’t imagine such a faint oder would repel anything.

I guess the thing that is supposed to protect them somehow fell out of two of the callers. I have nine dogs. It is working very well. Just very disappointed that two of the pod things fell out in less than a month. I bought them for all nine of my dogs so it's very expensive. Other than that they are great and they work. It's a great natural alternative
